It is a great place for couples or families who love nature.  This Bed and Breakfast offers a blend of old-fashioned New England charm with modern luxury amenities. We have a variety of rooms and family suites available all  have the following amenities, while some have two person jacuzzi and fireplaces and TVs.

“Breakfast is a Feast” Inn guests receive a full, fireside or patio breakfast inn, and afternoon refreshments. Whether you “love nature”, “love horses” or just “love to relax” this is the place to come.

North Woods- newly remodeled room that can be used for 2 people or can be used with the adjoining room as a North Woods/ Fathers suite for 4-5 people. ( Ellen’s room was replaced with the North Woods room to create a larger room or part of a 2 room  suite.

On-Site Activities and Amenities:

On- Site complimentary snowshoeing, Saco River swimming & fly-fishing, and nature walks. Inn guests receive a Special rate for on- site horseback riding, carriage and sleigh rides for 2: Year round packages with Horses. Alpine Moose Cottage, a sister property of the Farm by the River B and B is right next-door. It is perfect for couples  or a group of up to 8 people. It is a 4 bedroom deluxe cottage , two full baths on with a two-person Jacuzzi , fireplaced living room, TV/DVD and WI-FI, full kitchen and yr-rd sun porch.Cottage guests have access to the same on-site activities and area discounts as the inn guests.

Rooms Rates are based upon:   seasons, length of stay and  number of people/room. Higher rates during Fall foliage (Sept. 20-Oct.22, 2012 ) . Some holiday weeks and weekends may be  higher than listed.

Superior Deluxe Rooms for 2 : king or queen, two person jacuzzi, fireplace with private shower bath:$170-190: Thompson, Carroll’s  Rm

Deluxe Rooms for 2 : King or queen  fireplace OR Jacuzzi:  $145-175  Notch*,  Uffer*, Bride (sold as a private room for 2), North Woods Room* (sold separately as a private mini suite for 2)

Superior Corner  Rooms for 2 :  $115 – 135; Captain’s,  Jodian‘s rooms *

Deluxe Two-Room Suites: North Woods/Fathers Suite with private bath -3- 4 people- $185 -225 North woods room 1 queen , fireplace, flat screen TV and couch (make to twin bed) , Fathers room  1 queen room,  $185-215

Bride/Delue’s Suite -3-4 people- king with fireplace in one room, and queen and single with TV in other room:$185- $215.

*Extra person in room $10-30- (some rooms  can have  extra person or two)

Alpine Moose Cottage Rates: Rates are based upon seasons, no. of people, and length of stay: Min. for two people: $250-275/night.  $400-450/night  approx. rates based on 8 peoplebased on a  2 night weekend rate.

Higher rates during Fall foliage (Sept. 20-Oct.22, 2013 ) . Some holiday weeks and weekends may be  higher than listed. Extended stays3 nights or longer receive a discounted rate.
