Elopement Package: 3 night stay in a super deluxe room with two-person whirlpool tub and fireplace, king or queen bed with mountain views includes a full patio/fireside breakfast each morning, a complimentary sleigh ride/carriage ride for two or two horseback rides (weather permitting) on our scenic 70 acres, and complimentary bottle of champagne, a small cake and flowers. $700 includes tax. Call for fall foliage, and holiday prices- prices are a bit higher .
Justice of the Peace: One of your hosts at the Farm By the River is Bed and Breakfast with stables is a Justice of the Peace and is available on-site for your convenience for an additional fee. We would be happy to help you with any other arrangements for your special day (e.g. photographer, florist, hair salon).

We’ll give you the insider’s scoop on the best places to go, hike and see in the area and mark it out on a map for you. Upgrade to a deluxe room, or bring the family and select from two –2-room family suites. Stay 5-nights and get 10 gallons are on us. With a 5-night stay package we’ve reduced your last night stay by $40 when you book. This is about 10 gallons worth of regular gas. Certain restrictions apply for our packages. Inn guests tour each of the nine inns on the 25th and enjoy a prepared treat. Inn guests have an opportunity to compete for a host of prizes. Instead of trick or treat it is Trick AND Treat. Two night stay includes two tickets. Prices from: $295 (for a queen with private bath.). Family suites available also. As a member of the "Bed and Breakfasts Inn the Mount Washington Valley" the Farm is one of the members hosting" March Maple Madness Weekend"- an inn to inn tour Sat. 29th and Sun. 30th event from 11:00-4:00pm! Participate on two levels: Option One: Take a Self- Guided Tour of the participating inns, where ticket holders will sample maple selections at various inns and shops and receive a booklet of participating inns with maple recipes". Option Two: Scavenger hunt for clues: Besides participating in Option 1, some of the participants may wish to participate more fully in the tour and gather "points" toward WINNING PRIZES as they travel a specific route guided by directions "riddled with clues". Along the way they must seek answers to questions, gather objects and artifacts, and visit each participating Inn and Maple Country Partners.
