Lower prices reflect off- season, mid- week, & some weekends. Higher prices: fall foliage, holidays & some weekends. Prices are based upon two people per room unless noted. Add a 9% NH Room & Meals Tax to the prices unless noted.Click here to see rooms .
Forms of inn payment accepted:Visa, Master Card, and Discover are accepted. Personal checks are accepted and must be received three weeks prior to arrival but must be reserved with a credit card to hold your reservation.
Pets: In the INN we do have a short haired dog , a Weimaraner, named Heidi who is not allowed in the bedrooms.
Generally pets are not allowed, however but there is one room where a dog may be allowed.It has a queen bed, fireplace TV/DVD and private shower bath with a separate outside entrance. It is rented out at the discretion of the owners of the inn. One dog may be allowed in the Alpine Moose Cottage. We must be informed at the time of reservation that you will be coming with a pet.
We have a separate pet policy when booking with a pet. Please call to discuss the policy.
Exceptions are made for service animals only.
A deposit in full is required for a one or two night stay to secure a reservation. For three nights, a first & last night’s deposit is required. A 50% deposit is required for four or more nights.
We are a small country inn; cancellations affect us greatly. We cannot be responsible for weather, illness or injury or any unforseen circumstances with inn guests. A separate policy applies for packages (see below).
We have a two-week cancellation policy. Cancellation must be done by phone NOT by the Internet. If you cancel prior to two weeks you will receive your deposit back minus a $25 processing fee/per room.
HOLIDAYS & HOLIDAY WEEKS, FALL FOLIAGE: A three-week cancellation is required for holiday periods and fall foliage. A separate policy applies for packages (see below).
Alpine moose cottage there is a 3 week cancellation policy with a $75 cancellation fee. One month for holidays and holiday weeks.
If you have made a stables reservation you must inform us that you would like to cancell this too.
In the event that you cancel your reservations outside of the cancellation period, we will refund your payment ONLY IF WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT YOUR ROOM –AND WE WILL TRY! However if we are unsuccessful in re-renting your room we will keep your deposit.
In the case of an on-arrival departure or departure prior to your scheduled check out date, you are still responsible for your entire reservation and will be charged. If we are successful in re-booking your room, you will not be charged for the nights the room is re-rented.
If there is any concern about travel interuptions or other issues it might be a good idea to purchase travel insurance because you have a guaranteed reservation with us when you book and are responsible for the entire amount of the reservation.
PACKAGES POLICIES: A separate policy applies for packages. Package cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. A deposit in full is required for packages and are non- cancellable and non-refundable. See package policies.
We are a NON-SMOKING INN; however you are welcome to smoke on the covered porch or grounds but must you must not be within 50 feet of the barns. There is a $200 cleaning fee for anyone smoking inside the inn.

Children must be supervised at all times especially when around our horses. Please see one of our guides and they will have a nice horse for your child – we do have pony rides for the younger children.
