 Policies: Gift Certificates are non-refundable and do not have expiration dates. They are treated as any other reservation with the associated cancellation policies. Please see the link stables policies for both the stables and the Inn Policies or Alpine Moose Cottage policies- whichever applies to your gift. Packages are available however be non cancellable, non-refundable, two night stays may apply for lodging and there are black out dates for lodging.

  The Stables. Whether it is horseback riding, sleigh or carriage rides , this is a weather dependent activity. We will do our best to get our guests out on their rides-  if we feel it is safe.

Requirement for horseback riding: Riders have to be 7 years old with 10 hours of experience or 8 years old and up and less than 240 pounds. We have a three hour cancellation policy. See stables cancellation for other rides. For more info see the Stables and associated pages.

Inn Policies-For most weekends a two- night stay is required and some holidays require a three night stay. Prices vary throughout the year and the $ amount will be applied accordingly. There is a two week cancellation policy on rooms and three weeks for fall foliage.
